Delivery rates are a powerful marketing tool that allows you increasing buyer’s loyalty and number of orders.

We recommend you to simplify the delivery rates as much as possible.

For example, you can offer free shipping to increase your opportunities for selling and increase the loyalty of your customers.

You can create a delivery method in your account: home > My Account > My Seller Account > Shipping → add new

You can determine three possible types of delivery rates:

Free delivery:

Free delivery regardless of price and weight.

Delivery by weight Weight/Price:

Delivery by weight allows the sellers to create the levels by the weight of the order for freight traffic.

Each weight level has its own delivery cost. When the buyer buys your products, eiriQ determines the levels depending on the total weight of the order, and then applies a fixed rate for delivery and cost of delivery for each level of the weight you specify.

How do the weight levels work:

You create weight levels, such as:

Example: a buyer places an order with a total weight of 2 Kg.

The cost of delivery for the buyer is (1-3 kg: € 1,50) - € 1,50

Delivery by order amount Amount / Price:

Price-based delivery allows creating a range or ranges of the order prices. Each price range has its own delivery rate.

When the buyer buys your products, eiriQ verifies the total cost of the order, determines the range of the total amount, and then applies the delivery rate that is specified for the appropriate price range.

Example with prices:

You create such price groups as:

Example: a buyer places an order for a total amount of 75 €

eiriQ estimates that the total cost of delivery for the buyer will be € 3.00 (€ 50.01 - 80.00: € 3.00), based on your price guidelines.

Delivery Zones

The delivery zones on eiriQ.com allow more flexibly setting the delivery prices by region
