eiriQ.com processes data about individuals around the world and may transfer your Personal Information outside of your country. Your security, data protection and privacy are our top priority and therefore eiriQ.com conducts due diligence that includes assessing the privacy laws in those countries to confirm that they have strict data protection laws.

eiriQ.com is based in Latvia, a member state of the European Union, where there is a high level of protection of Personal Information of residents of EU member states.

Affiliates of eiriQ.com and Third Party Service Providers that store and process your Personal Information on behalf of eiriQ.com are contractually bound to ensure that it is protected and secured in accordance with industry standards, even if their country has lesser legal requirements.

If you are located in Europe, the UK or Switzerland, when we transfer your Personal Information outside of Europe, we (i) provide a level of protection deemed adequate by the European Commission, or (ii) verify that the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses (i.e. the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses module for transfers of personal data to third countries under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 June 2021, as available here, and the ICO's Supplement to the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) apply
When eiriQ.com transfers Personal Information of EU residents to a third country where the European Commission has not deemed the data protection to be adequate, eiriQ.com warrants that we have taken additional measures to comply with European data protection laws.

5. How long do we keep your information?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature and confidentiality of your personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes by other means and applicable legal requirements. 6. Personal information of End Users-Our Users

eiriQ.com may collect, store and process certain End User-Our-User Personal Information ("End User-Our-User Information") solely on behalf of our Users and in accordance with their instructions. For example, each of our Users may import their email contacts from third-party services such as Gmail or otherwise collect and manage contact data through their User Website. Such contact data is then stored by eiriQ.com on behalf of the User.

For such purposes, eiriQ.com acts as the "Operator" and eiriQ.com should be regarded as the "Operator" and not the "Controller" (as both capitalised terms are defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation") of such End-User-Our-User Information.

Users who control and operate such User Websites are considered "Controllers" of such End-User-Our-User Information and are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations that may apply to the collection and control of such End-User-Our-User Information, including all privacy and personal information protection laws of all relevant countries.

The processing of Personal Information of our Users' End Users shall take place within the European Union or a third country, in the territory or in one or more specified regions of such third country in which the European Commission has decided to ensure an adequate level of protection, and such processing and transfer will be carried out in accordance with the User Data Processing Annex ("DPA"). Any transfer and processing of data to a third country outside the European Union that does not provide an adequate level of protection as required by the European Commission must be carried out in accordance with an approved data transfer mechanism as detailed in the DPA.

You are responsible for the security, integrity and authorised use of End Users-Our Users' Personal Information, and for obtaining consents and permissions, granting all necessary rights of the data subject and providing all necessary fair processing notices required for the collection and use of such Personal Information.

While eiriQ.com cannot provide legal advice to Users or End-Users-Our-Users, we recommend that all Users have clear and comprehensive policies regarding data privacy and post such policies on their User Websites in accordance with applicable law, and recommend that all Users-Our-Users carefully read these policies until they are fully understood and, where there are applicable legal requirements, warn the User of their rights and obligations.

eiriQ.com is not directly related to the End-Users-Our-Users whose Personal Information is processed by eiriQ.com. If you are a visitor, user or customer of our User(s) and wish to make an enquiry or request regarding your Personal Information, please contact such User(s) directly. For example, if you wish to request access to, correct or amend Personal Information processed by eiriQ.com on behalf of eiriQ.com Users, or delete incorrect Personal Information, direct your request to the relevant User (who is the "Controller" of such Personal Information). If a User of eiriQ.com asks us to delete any Personal Information of End Users-Our Users, after reviewing such request, we will respond to it within the prescribed timeframes in accordance with applicable law (in particular, within thirty (30) days in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation). Unless we are otherwise instructed by our Users, we will retain the Personal Information of End Users-Our Users for the period specified in this Agreement.

7. Use of cookies and other technologies.

We and our Third Party Service Providers (Google Analytics and others) use cookies, Web beacons, tags, scripts and other similar technologies ("Cookies") to enable us to provide our Services and ensure that they work properly, to analyse our performance and marketing activities, and to tailor our Services to your user preferences.

8. Messages from eiriQ.com

8.1 Advertising messages.

We may use your Personal Information to send you promotional information and communications via email, text messages, notifications through our platform, calls made for promotional purposes, and similar forms of communication from eiriQ.com and our partners (acting on behalf of eiriQ.com) through these means.

If you do not wish to receive such promotional messages or calls, you may notify eiriQ.com at any time or use the unsubscribe and stop receiving instructions contained in the promotional messages you receive.

8.2 Messages related to the Services and payment.
